Within TrumpoMatrix you are able to access consumer mortgage enquiries from Trumpo media partners and the Trumpo.com consumer site. You are also able to professionally refer a client over TrumpoMatrix for a mortgage enquiry.

Please bear in mind the current minimum criteria for professional mortgage client referral.

• If a client is purchasing a property now, the client must have a deposit, be in full time or self employment and have sufficient income to repay a mortgage. If the client does not have suitable or sufficient income, a guarantee may be given by a family member and the income details of the guarantor will need to be given.
• If your client is looking to re-mortgage, they must be in a position to re-mortgage within the next 8-12 weeks (i.e. there current fixed or discount deal comes to an end within the next twelve weeks). The TrumpoMatrix is not a quote service for your clients, it is there to satisfy an immediate client need and maintain enhanced service levels for trusted client referral.
• All TrumpoMatrix mortgage members are required to be whole of market advisers and will have been trading for a minimum of three years or be part of a trusted Network that has been established for the same minimum period.

Loans

In the UK today, the loans market has never been tougher. Lenders are tightening their criteria to such a level, that those clients that are eligible for the best loan deals on the market don't actually need or want them.

The loans market in the UK has now become very much black and white, very much in the same way as it was in the early '90s. If your clients are squeaky clean they can get a great rate from their bank and will be bombarded weekly if their credit profile is A1. However if your clients have a few issues, then you need to refer your clients details to a specialist TrumpoMatrix loan broker, the mainstream unsecured loan market is closed to these clients for the foreseeable future.

A loan broker is best equipped to assess your client's circumstances and make a case for the loan application, and this can not be done by a computer. Please be aware that the specialist loan brokers will probably need to charge a completion fee to your clients, as the commissions payable for loans since the credit crunch have basically disappeared.
